stuff you think about when doing homework

im doing this mass media assigment about ethics.

Ethics comes from the greek word ethos, wich means “character”. The most common defination of ethics are motal principals for living and making decisions. i think the defination of ethics is something you beleve in that shapes you as a person. a farther quote says " the mass media were once thought of as holding up a mirror to and thereby reflecting a wider social reality. now reality can only be defined by the surface of reflection of this mirror."

so by this what you think as a person in mass media will this make ones own opinion of self so bad that you can see how bad of a person you are or have become? for most if someone told you not to go by the scene of an accident you dont go. but we in a class was told you have to go around some rules to do your job. you cant go here but what about around this way. its easyer to plead igorance than and ask for forgiveness than to go agenst what they told you.

so i think its messed that you reflect a society that has standerds but to do you job you have to go around whats right into a grey area.more to come...still doing assigment and will update and revise later
